Patrick Swayze’s publicist has confirmed that the Dirty Dancing star has pancreatic cancer. The National Enquirer first broke the story, leading some to question its validity, but sadly it seems the reports are true. The one-year survival rate for those diagnosed with pancreatic cancer is just 20%, and the five-year rate is 4%.
