When Yoga Goes Wrong

In a bizarre twist, murdered ex-Ramones manager Linda Stein's assistant confessed to killing her boss with a 4-pound strength-building yoga stick. Natavia Lowery claimed she was provoked when her boss, who worked as a realtor-to-the-stars and was suffering from cancer, blew marijuana smoke in her face and verbally abused her. After bludgeoning her boss to death with the yoga prop on the morning of Oct 30th, Lowery cleaned up Stein's Fifth Avenue penthouse, before grabbing her cell phone and ATM card, which she used to steal $800. Lowery made the confession after being taken into police custody, and is charged with second-degree murder. New York's Assistant District Attorney Shanda Strain said Stein's death was "a particularly brutal homicide." Namaste.
